No sorry don’t know of any fire departments in your area. What you can do is to visit the SAESI website on a regular basis to see if there are any vacant positions. http://www.saesi.com. What you can do is to do the fire fighter 1 and 2 course at Durban, it is a course that you must attend, you can’t study it from home. If you would like to buy the study materials (Essentials of fire fighting) you will be able to use this book for fire fighter 1 & 2 you can order it from http://www.ife.org.za. You must do the baa course at an ambulance college or at a private institution. The salary all depends on the municipality where you work.

Hi Zee, ek is bly om te hoor klein man word sommer van kleins af geller om dit te doen. My seun was ook maar aan die begin nie happy om in sy stoeltjie te sit nie, maar het gou besef dit gaan nie help om te kla nie, Pa en Ma luister nie. Ai ek hoop maar jou man gaan gou besef dat hy wel sy sitplek gordel sal moet dra. Wys hom die clip, daar is nog ander op Youtube wat jy vir hom kan wys. groete by die huis.

Izak, as dit nou een ding is wat klein mannetjie geleer het, is dat as hy in die kar klim, hy in sy stoeltjie moet gaan sit en vasgemaak word. Deesdae moan hy so bietjie maar ek gooi maar ‘n dowe oor!! Ek dra altyd my gordel maar dis nou een ding wat my man nie doen nie, al het ek al hoeveel keer met hom daaroor gepraat.

Huisvrou, ja enige selinder wat onder druk is kan BLEVE as dit in kontak kom met vuur of erge hitte, as jou selinder roes begin toon sal ek voorstel vat dit na AFROX of enige plek waar julle normaalweg hervul, laat hulle dit toets, as dit die toets dop sal hulle van dit ontsla raak. Baie mense dink n leë gas selinder is nie gevaarlik nie, wel dis eindlik dan op sy gevaarlikste. Wanneer n gas selinder vol is sal dit net langer vat om te BLEVE as een wat leeg is.
